Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between [GebSecure legal entity name] ("GebSecure", "we") and the organization or person that creates an account ("you"). By using GebSecure you accept them. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm you may bind it. Enterprise customers with a signed agreement are governed by that agreement instead.

The service

GebSecure authorizes, approves, executes and audits actions taken by your AI agents according to the policies you configure. You decide which policies apply; GebSecure enforces them as configured. We may improve and change features; we will not materially reduce a paid plan's core functionality during a paid term.

Your account

Keep your credentials and API keys secret and tell us promptly at admin@gebsecure.com about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken by your agents.

Acceptable use

Do not use GebSecure to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to attack or probe systems you are not authorized to test, to try to break the isolation between organizations, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Your data

You keep all rights to the data you and your agents send to GebSecure. You give us the rights needed to process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use it to train AI models. You can export your data while your account is active.

Plans, payment and limits

Paid plans are billed in advance each month through Stripe; usage beyond a plan's included amounts is billed per unit, up to the hard limits shown in the console. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes.

Availability and support

We work to keep GebSecure available and secure, and provide support according to your plan. [Service-level commitments, if any, are set out in your order or the Enterprise agreement.]

Disclaimers

GebSecure reduces risk but cannot guarantee that every harmful agent action will be stopped; outcomes depend on the policies you configure. Except as stated in these terms, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, and each party's total liability is limited to the amounts you paid GebSecure in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to [fraud, gross negligence, or other liabilities that cannot be limited by law].

Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time. We may end these terms with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious breach. After closing, you have [30] days to export your data before it is deleted.

Changes to these terms

We will post changes here and notify account owners of material changes at least 30 days before they apply. Continuing to use GebSecure after that means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and disputes go to the courts of [venue].
